# How do I topup my account?
To load money into the system, follow these steps:
- Log into your PesaWay account (opens new window)
- On the Left Sidebar, click on Billing
- On the drop down menu, click on Payment Methods
- Select the Payment Method you prefer and proceed with the given steps.
# How do I format phone numbers to avoid errors during file uploads?
If your File Upload has failed with the error description Invalid Phone Number, you can format the phone numbers to ensure they are properly extracted. Add an ' in front of the numbers and make sure they started with 254.
If you have a lot of rows, avoid going through them one at a time using any of these Excel Formulas (opens new window)
# How do I separate multiple names in one column into different columns in Excel?
You may have a database of contacts but the names are saved in one cell. To separate the names into different columns, use the following Tutorial (opens new window) as a reference.
# We want sending Bulk SMS to be auto approved
By default, only sending a single SMS is auto-approved. To have all Bulk SMS auto approved, please relay the request to us through support@pesaway.com.
