Access

Requirements

To access the PesaWay Dashboard, make sure that:

1. Your business is fully onboarded. If this hasn't happened, please Get Started (opens new window)
2. If this is the first time accessing the platform, please find your credentials in your email. In case you haven't received the credentials, please Contact Us (opens new window) for assistance.
3. You have a modern browsers installed and updated to the latest version. Below are a few examples:
   • Mozilla Firefox (opens new window)
   • Google Chrome (opens new window)
   • Microsoft Edge (opens new window)
   • Safari (opens new window)

Login

To log into the PesaWay user dashboard:

1. Please visit PesaWay Website (opens new window).
2. On the Top Right, click on Login (opens new window) and the login page will open in a new browser tab.
3. Enter your user credentials and submit
4. Enter the provided OTP and submit 🎉

TIP

PesaWay has Top Notch Security to ensure your data is safe. Please keep your credentials secret to prevent unauthorised access.

I Forgot My Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it as follows:

1. Click on the Forgot password
2. Provide the details requested
3. Answer the security question presented 🎉

If the process is successful, you will receive your new password in your email.

This process will not work if you do not have security questions set for your account. 😟
